The spacious guest house, measuring 110m2, features a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath tub, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bathroom with a shower. There is a fully equipped combined kitchen/dining/lounge area. This is a self-catering facility. A house keeper is available to clean the guest house by arrangement twice a week.

The guest house has a small garden and veranda presenting fresh breezes from the nearby farmlands and lovely views of the golf estate.

For your security and peace of mind, Borrowdale Brooke golf estate is surrounded by an electrified perimeter fence with 24 hour access control. There are always guards on patrol.
